Return Policy

Satisfaction policy:

TheEspressoHouse.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase; therefore we offer a seven day return policy (*Except as noted below). All returned items must be in like new condition, packaged in the original box with all original parts, accessories and manuals. A return authorization number is required to return any item. You will be responsible for shipping costs and insurance (Unless the item is defective) for all returning merchandise. Once your merchandise is received your account will be credited within 30 days minus the shipping, insurance costs and or a 20% restocking fee. 

Additional fees may be incurred should there be inflicted damage to the machine or grinder, missing parts, missing manuals, or absence of original packaging. All machines and grinders should be returned in Like New Condition. Like New means that the merchandise is: 

  • Perfectly clean - free of coffee grounds, water, and milk residues.
  • Cosmetically perfect - it must have no scratches or dents.
  • Operating perfectly
  • Complete with all parts and accessories - this includes user manuals, CDs, scoops, tampers, etc.


If the merchandise is not in Like New Condition when we receive it, you (the consumer) will be charged for the parts and labor needed to return the merchandise to Like New Condition.

Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable on returned merchandise, unless item is defective and is being returned for repair or replacement, in which case there is no additional shipping charge to you.

All Buyers Remorse purchases will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be incurred.

All Commercial Equipment (Espresso machines and grinders) are non returnable.

At TheEspressoHouse we strive to maintain a complete inventory of espresso machines and accessories. We deeply regret your inconvenience should any of our product be out of stock and unavailable for immediate delivery. Any orders placed for out of stock items will receive a full refund, a web-site credit or delivery of the back ordered items once they become available.
Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

TheEspressoHouse.com provides free shipping on all electric espresso machines orders placed within the 48 contiguous Untied States (Commercial espresso machines and commercial grinders are excluded from free shipping).  In addition all merchandise totaling $50 (Fifty dollars) or more in value will receive free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

Please contact us for shipping rates on items to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Cancellation of orders:

Orders can be canceled if the item has not yet shipped. Please notify TheEspressoHouse.com as soon as possible should you decide to cancel an order. We will reimburse your credit card for all orders that have not shipped.

For items that are canceled after they are shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping and insurance. Your account will be credited for merchandise cost once we receive the returned item. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened in original boxes.

Please examine all merchandise upon receipt. Should any damage be found, contact Theespressohouse.com immediately that we may contact the courier to arrange for return pick-up and a prompt replacement of merchandise. Or you may contact the shipper direct to arrange for product return and replacement.

Defective Merchandise:

Any merchandise found to be defective within five days of receipt of merchandise may be returned to us for replacement. Contact TheEspressoHouse.com that we may provide you with a return authorization number. Should the item be found not to be defective a 20% service fee will be deducted from your credit and return shipping costs shall be forfeited.

Please insure your parcel, provide us with your tracking number and ship using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or United States Postal Service (USPS). We will reimburse your shipping and insurance costs once your item is received.

Any merchandise found to be defective after five days of receipt is warranted under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please follow manufacturer’s instruction to have unit serviced.

Please be aware that you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all packages (Items) that are returned to our facilities due to customer refusal. When a customer refuses delivery and the package comes back to us without warning or Return Authorization, it causes many issues and delays in our warehouse. Your account will be credited for the merchandise minus the 20% restocking fee and any shipping cost you paid will not be refunded. Also, the process of issuing your credit takes significantly longer when the package arrives without a previously issued Return Authorization Number.

 A chargeback fee of 20% will be assessed on all electric's returned incomplete and or damaged due to improper packaging. All claims for damage, defective merchandise, errors or shortages must be directed to us no later than 5 days after receipt of merchandise.

Espressione return policy; Absolutely no returns will be
accepted from our customers on this model. The following note is placed with
each machine in a bright orange paper stock: “PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THIS
MACHINE TO THE RETAILER. If you have any questions after reading the
enclosed material or experience a problem, please call 800-223-1898,
Espressione’s customer service line. (Please have your serial # and proof of
purchase available).”

*DEFECTIVE POLICY* No defective returns will be accepted. Products are
individually tested and inspected at the factory which results in virtually
no defectives products. Customer is not to return to our company but is to
contact *ESPRESS*IONE service center @ 201.439.1700 or
info@electra-craft.com for warranty repair work.
