The Strada's advantages of pressure profiling!

Pressure profiling allows the barista to extract diverse flavor components which influence the balance and body of the espresso shot, as well as produce a rounder, softer espresso that highlights intensity, sweetness and subtle character of the coffee.

The Strada enables you to create that perfect expression of a particular single origin or blend of coffee as an espresso, and duplicate a flavor profile that may be difficult to attain at a unvarying 9 bars of pressure.

Breaking away from the conventional 25 seconds at 9 bars of pressure allows for infinite possibilities for varying the quality of espresso extraction and is the most exciting advancement in the espresso machine industry to date. In addition, the Strada EP model can record and repeat the preferred pressure profiles indefinitely, a key feature to ensure efficiency, quality and consistency of your brew in a hectic café atmosphere.
